This is an appeal from a decree of Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City answering certain questions raised for the Court’s decision, under the provisions of sec. 196 of Art. 16 of the Code (1904), and dismissing the bill after the cause had been remanded under our decree reported in 100 Md. 358.-As will be seen by reference to that case the appellants seek to hold the appellees responsible, as stockholders of the City Trust and Banking Company, under sec. 87L of chap. 109 of the Acts of 1892.
