The petitioners, Joseph F. McLoughlin .and Joseph S. Droogan, as presidents of local divisions of the Amalgamated Association of Street and Electric Railway Employees of America, unincorporated associations having in excess of seven members, have petitioned the court for an order directing the United Traction Company to proceed to arbitrate certain alleged controversies over wages to be paid to the employees of the traction company “ in accordance with the terms of the written contract,” set forth as an exhibit and made a part of the petition, pursuant to the supposed provisions…
