I must respectfully dissent. While I have great admiration for Judge Griffen and his contributions to both the community and the judiciary, I must conclude that the majority has erred in reversing the Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission. It is an unpleasant task to explain how Judge Griffen has violated the judicial canons. The courts dare not be a respecter of persons. On the topic of providing equal justice for all, Griffin v.
