A motion has been made before me, in behalf of the executor, to set aside both the written objections which have been filed in opposition to his final accounting, and the order of reference heretofore made in that behalf, upon the grounds : 1. That such objections appear to be unverified, though a verification is claimed to be necessitated by rule 16 of this court; and, 3. That, in many particulars specially set forth in the moving papers, such objections fail to comply with the requirements of rule 8. &
