¶ 1. In May 2007, Lisa Mosely was found guilty in the Circuit Court of Tippah County on two counts of sale of cocaine. She received a total sentence of twenty years to be served in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with five of those years to be suspended upon good behavior, and five years of post-release supervision.
