OPINION

HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

Appellant-defendant Bobby Babineaux was charged with the crime of burglary, first degree. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and the trial judge suspended the imposition of sentence for a period of seven years and placed him on probation.

On this appeal the defendant raises two contentions: (1) that the admission into evidence of certain statements attributed to defendant which inferred prior misconduct constituted prejudicial error, and (2), that the trial court committed reversible error in failing to give a voluntariness instruction to the jury in relation…
