This ease comes before this Court from the district court’s grant of summary judgment against Victoria Johnson (Johnson), who brought a discrimination claim under the Idaho Human Rights Act (IHRA) against North Idaho College (NIC). Johnson alleged that her instructor at NIC, Donald Friis (Friis), had sexually harassed her and that NIC is vicariously liable for that harassment.
