Jeanne M. Sorenson, as Executor of the Estate of Darryl Ray Sorenson, seeks review of the order dismissing with prejudice the claims in her wrongful- death negligence suit against Professional Compounding Pharmacists of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. (the Pharmacist). The-trial,court dismissed these claims, which were set forth in counts VI and VII of the second amended complaint, for failing to allege a cognizable duty that the Pharmacist owed Mr. Sorenson.
