This is an appeal from a decree made and entered by a circuit judge at chambers, in equity, in favor of com plainant. The facts in the case are not disputed and are as follows:

Complainant was born in Honolulu on February 22, 1894. Her father was David Fyfe Notley and her mother Kamalu Kawelu. Kamalu was at that time a married woman who had for several years prior thereto lived separate and apart from her husband.
