MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge:
This is a personal injury action commenced on behalf of Nicholas Gallelli, a infant plaintiff who was allegedly injured when a bottle of Corona Extra beer exploded. Glass from the bottle is alleged to have pierced the infant’s eye, causing pain, suffering and permanent disability. In addition to representing their infant son, Plaintiffs Marc and Linda Gallelli sue defendants individually, seeking damages for loss of their son’s services.
