The Circuit decree was as follows : This case came before me at the term of the court held in July, 1887, on a report of the master, dated May 24, 1887, and exceptions thereto, and also on a motion on notice to refer to a jury for trial an issue of facts as to the title of the defendant, Emily St. P. Morgan, to certain property as a gift to her as a donatio causa mortis by the testatrix, Mrs. Trenholm. I will state my conclusions very briefly.
