In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice and breach of contract, the plaintiffs appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Buell, J.), entered April 10, 1987, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing their complaint and denied their cross motion for summary judgment; and (2) from a judgment of the same court, dated July 14, 1987, entered thereon.
Ordered, that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,
Ordered that the defendant is awarded one bill of costs.
