Plaintiff in error, Willard Lee Hatton, defendant below, was charged by information in the common pleas court of Tulsa county, Oklahoma, with having committed the crime of operating a motor vehicle, to wit, a 1937 Ford coupe bearing 1950 automobile license plate No. 2-66296 on U. S. Highway 64 from the city of Tulsa to the city limits of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of Title 47, § 93, O.S.A. 1941.
