McDaniel Reserve Realty Holdings, LLC, timely appeals a non-final order transferring venue of its action against the appellees for negligence and fraud. The order on appeal transferred venue from Palm Beach County to Hendry County, where the real property which was the underlying subject of the complaint was located.
