In this action of tort, the plaintiffs declaration, which is in one count only, alleges that she sustained personal injuries due to the dangerous, unsafe, negligent and defective condition of the premises owned and operated by the defendant. The defendant’s answer is a general denial, .contributory negligence and assumption of risk by the plaintiff.
