ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
This case is here on. appeal, and also on a petition to revise. The referee in bankruptcy made an order on February 18, 1924, reducing the claims of certain creditors, and that order was affirmed by the District Judge on July 7, 1924. It is sought to review that order by the petitions to revise. And certain other creditors, whose claims were also reduced by the same order of the referee, which action was affirmed by the District Judge in the order of July 7, 1924, heretofore mentioned, did not join in the petition to revise, but took an appeal to this court from the…
