On December 8th, 1919, Philip and Newton Bornstein leased to Carl Worman the store building 47 Market street, Newark, for ten years, from January 1st, 1920. The lease contains a covenant that the lessee "will not re-let or under-let the said premises, or any part thereof, nor assign this lease, without the written consent of" the lessors, and the right of re-entry was reserved upon default in any of the covenants.
