(dissenting). The first question is whether the willful making of false allegations of essential facts necessary to state a cause of action and to give the court jurisdiction to render the particular judgment and the willful concealment of those facts from the court constitute fraud in obtaining the judgment such as will entitle the petitioners to vacation of the judgment under 12 O.S. 1941 § 1031 (4).
