This was an action for injuries brought by plaintiff, a passenger on the 1971 Honda motorcycle being operated by the defendant on the 17th day of July 1974 when it was involved in a one-vehicle accident near 55th and Center Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. Defendant’s motion for a directed verdict, made at the close of plaintiff’s case for the reason that plaintiff being a guest passenger under section 39-6,191, R. R.
