Plaintiff brought this action seeking to recover damages for the destruction of a certain fence. The complaint alleged that the plaintiff was the owner of certain real property in Turner County, South Dakota, and that the defendants wrongfully entered upon the real property and took down and removed a fence therefrom, and converted the same to their own use. The case was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. The defendants have appealed.
