Eileen Diaz appeals an order dismissing with prejudice her complaint against Home Depot USA, Inc. and A.B. Fire Equipment, Inc. for fraud ón the court. Having reviewed' the record below,' including Diaz’s deposition, her answers' to interrogatories and requests for admissions, and the transcript of the hearing held on. Home Depot’s motion to dismiss, we affirm the trial court’s order.
