In- this appeal, we are asked to determine whether the trial court erred in dismissing the complaint of Reverend David Ross Drain and Reverend Michael Shea upon the preliminary objections filed by Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company (“Provident”) and Robert W. Kloss, Robert Lauterbach, William A. Pollard, Philip C. Herr, II, and Leonard McCandless (collectively, the “Individual Defendants”).
