Defendant, Allen Ray “Speed/’ Matt, appeals from a conviction for felony assault in violation of § 45-5-202(2), MCA, following a jury trial in District Court in the Twentieth Judicial District, Lake County. We affirm.

We have revised the issues as follows:

1. Should this Court modify the Just Rule as established in State v. Just (1979), 184 Mont. 262, 602 P.2d 957, with regard to evidence of other crimes, wrongs or acts of the defendant?
