Roger Dale Frazier was arrested and subsequently indicted for two counts of first degree robbery in violation of Ala. Code 1975, § 13A-8-41. On one count, the jury convicted him of first-degree robbery and on the other count it convicted him of the lesser-included offense of second-degree robbery. See Ala. Code 1975 § 13A-8-42.
