— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Dachenhausen, J.), dated April 29,1982, as denied the branch of its motion which was for partial summary judgment as against defendant Alanthus Corporation, and said defendant cross-appeals from so much of the same order as denied its cross motion for summary judgment.
