The appellees filed their bill below seeking to restrain the appellants from selling the appellees’ property at a mortgage foreclosure sale, and from a decree granting this relief the appellants have appealed.

In the spring of 1920, the appellees purchased from a Dr. Carter a house and about thirty-two acres of land at Jessups, in Howard County. The purchase price of this property was $4,000, of which sum $2,600 was to be paid in cash, and the balance of $1,400 was to be secured by a second mortgage on the property.
