The appellant, a former teacher employed by the Hazelwood School District, St. Louis County, Missouri, instituted this action against the Board of Education of the School District, 1 the members of the Board individually, and three administrative officers of the Hazelwood School District. Violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 were alleged, with jurisdiction based on 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3) and (4).
