— The suit was brought by appellant against Wallis and the surety on his bond as a retail liquor dealer, to recover for an alleged breach by Wallis of his undertaking in said bond, not to sell or permit to be sold, in his house or place of business, to an habitual drunkard, any intoxicating liquor. Appellant alleged that her husband, S. J. Goodrich was an habitual drunkard, and that “between the dates of August 1st to the 30th of that month, 1907, and on divers dates at and about that time,” Wallis sold and delivered to her said husband in his (Wallis’) place of…
