I 1 Appellant, Clifford Coates, was conviet-ed in Stephens County District Court, Case No. CF 2005-56, of three (8) counts of Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Methamphetamine) within Two Thousand Feet of a School, in violation of 63 0.8.Supp.2004, § 2-401(F), after former conviction of a felony. Jury trial was held on March 1st and 2nd, 2005, before the Honorable Joe Enos, Associate District Judge.
