This litigation involves a dispute regarding ownership of a tract of immovable property located in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of trial court.

On February 16, 1992, the Mt. Everett African Episcopal Church filed suit against Clyde Louis Carter, Sarah Nell Carter Larson, Peggy Carter Cox Bales, Jane Carter Terito, and Wellington W. Carter, Jr. (hereinafter the “Carters”).
