On February 15, 1990, the debtor gave the Bank of Boston Connecticut (“BBC”) a revolving credit note in which it promised to pay amounts loaned up to $4,000,000.00 plus interest. The note provides that the debtor “hereby grants to [BBC a] lien and right of set-off for all of [the debtor’s] liabilities hereunder, upon and against all of the [debtor’s] deposits, credits and other property now or hereafter in the possession or control of [BBC] or in transit to it.” On August 15, 1990, the date the…
