Byron Weis (“Weis”) and Frank Pollack (“Pollack”), who list themselves as bringing this action “individually and derivatively on behalf of Overseas Development Corporation, a dissolved corporation,”1 have brought this action to advance what they characterize as eight claims against one or more of several defendants: John F.
