This is a dispute between certain shareholders and the majority shareholder/secured creditor of the Debtor. Acropolis Enterprises, Inc. (“Acropolis”) filed a complaint against C.R. Amusements, LLC, the Debtor, to determine the extent, amount and priority of its hen against the Debtor’s assets, which secure a loan in the amount of $8,339,518. On August 5, 1999, James C.
