OPINION

BAILEY, Judge

Case Summary

Defendant-Appellant Kevin L. Hancock (“Hancock”) appeals following his conviction for Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a class D felony; 1 two counts of Theft as class D felonies, 2 and Theft of a Motor Vehicle While Having a Prior Conviction for Auto Theft, a class C felony. 3 Hancock further appeals from his adjudication as an Habitual Offender. 4 We affirm.
