The appellant, T. W. Douglas, was convicted in the district court of Rawlins county on four counts. The first charged him with advertising in the Herndon Nonpareil, á newspaper published in Rawlins county, and the second with passing out to the public in Herndon, Kan., handbills and cards, representing and indicating thereby that he treated the sick or others afflicted with bodily infirmities.
