SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.
The defendant Midstate Industries, Inc. appeals from a judgment entered by the Associate Division of the Cole County Circuit Court in favor of the plaintiffs Wilson for $10,000 with interest for breach of contract.
The subject of the contract was the sale of the business, Wilson Foods, a proprietorship owned by the Wilsons, husband and wife, to Midstate Industries. The contract, executed on February 1, 1985, was the agreement of the Wilsons to sell the business to Midstate Industries, Inc., and of the purchaser to pay the consideration of $175,-000 for the real estate…
