Brian Wedereit filed suit against BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. and Bank of America, N.A. (“BAC”) for breach of contract and wrongful foreclosure after BAC foreclosed on his home in Grovetown.
