—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the intervenors Ronald DeStefano and Gina M. DeStefano appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Berler, J.), *577dated May 10, 1999, as denied that branch of their cross motion which was to vacate an order of the same court dated December 1, 1998, granting the motion of the defendant Alfred Versace to vacate the foreclosure sale upon the plaintiffs default in opposing the motion.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of costs, that branch of the cross…
