On June 21, 1976, the defendant-appellant, Ronald Wilson, was indicted by the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury. He was charged with two counts of aggravated burglary in violation of R. C. 2911.11, one count of possessing a criminal tool in violation of R. C. 2923.24, one count of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R. C. 2923.12, and one count of grand theft in violation of R. C. 2913.02. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to two counts of aggravated burglary 1 on July 20, 1976, and upon the recom mendation of the prosecutor, the remaining charges were nolled.
