This is an original action in this court brought by Acme Flour Mills, hereafter referred to as petitioner, and its insurance carrier, to obtain a review of an award made by tbe State Industrial Commission in favor of Ossie James Bray, hereinafter referred to as respondent.

The award was for a temporary total disability and was predicated upon the following findings of fact:

“That on the 16th day of February, 1938, the claimant herein while in the employ of the respondent and while engaged in a hazardous occupation coming within the terms and meaning of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, sustained…
