In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for conversion, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 16, 1980, which denied their motion for summary judgment. Order modified, on the law, by adding thereto, after the provision denying the motion, the following: “except that partial summary judgment is granted to the defendants with respect to the period of time subsequent to the escrow agreement of February 16, 1979.” As so modified, order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements payable to the defendants.
