ULRICH, Judge.

Sharon Sansonetti, Mary Mathews, and Tyler Mathews (Appellants) appeal the summary judgments entered by the trial court in favor of Frank Till, the City of St. Joseph, Allstate Insurance Company, and Steve Man-ville (Respondents). Appellants brought a negligence action against Respondents and Sabas Hernandez-Gonzalez for damages arising out the collision of a 1976 Chevrolet Caprice driven by Mr. Gonzalez with Appellants’ home during a high-speed chase by Officer Till of the St. Joseph Police Department.
