ORDER
CHAMBERS, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to File Third Amended Complaint. For the reasons provided herein, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion.

This suit stems from Defendants’ termination of Plaintiffs employment on June 7, 2001. On March 7,2002, Plaintiff filed a two-count Complaint against Defendants. Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint on May 29, 2002. This Court entered a Scheduling Order on June 20, 2002, pursuant to Rule 16(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which set an October 1, 2002 deadline for the filing of amended pleadings.
