Appellant was tried and convicted under an indictment charging him with the offense of having in possessipn an unregistered still, and his contention for reversal is based on the ground that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the verdict, and that the court erred in admitting testimony based upon information obtained by the arresting officer while searching appellant’s dwelling-house without a search warrant. Appellant iq a negro tenant farmer residing in Lee County, about ten or twelve miles from Marianna.
