This is an action against two hospitals. The plaintiffs are husband and wife and parents of a baby girl alleged to have been born alive and then died as a result of the negligence of both hospitals.

The Third Amended Complaint is divided into two counts. The first count appears to state claims against the defendant, Orlando Regional Medical Center, and the second count appears to state claims against the defendant, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
