This is the appeal of a denial of a motion for attorneys’ fees made subsequent to an arbitration proceeding. We affirm.

This case arose out of a dispute between a general contractor, a subcontractor, and a sub-subcontractor concerning the construction of a commercial complex known as Crossroads Business Center Phase I (“Crossroads”). Crossroads was owned by Vantage Properties of Florida, Inc. (“Vantage”). Charter Builders, Inc.
