This suit was instituted by- appel-lees against appellants in the chancery court of Pulaski County, to enforce the specific performance of a contract for the exchange of their farm in Lonoke County, Arkansas, for an apartment house belonging to appellant in Capitol View Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas.
