Walter Lundeen appeals a judgment dismissing his petition for review and affirming the decision of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, which concluded that the department properly issued a notice of intent to suspend his Grade A dairy license and properly charged him with reinspection fees after a warrantless inspection uncovered several violations of Wis.
