ARNOLD, Chief Judge.
Petitioner contends that she was denied due process in the hearing before the Board. This claim is based on the roles played by attorneys for the Board and for the superintendent. The superintendent presented the case against petitioner to the Board, and the Board was the final decision maker on whether or not to dismiss petitioner. The lawyer representing the superintendent and the lawyer advising the Board worked in the same law firm.
