Stenum Hospital ("Stenum"), Sue Hart, James Rider, Malte Peterson, Dr. Jens Dannenberg, Dr. Karl Ritter-Lang, Dr. Heiner Beese, and Dr. Hans-Georg Zechel, third-party defendants in an action pending in the Madison Circuit Court (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the hospital parties"), petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to vacate its order denying their motion to dismiss the third-party complaint filed against them by Madison Square Associates, Ltd.
